If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may ask for a full refund within five (5) business days of your purchase. To process your return, please take the following steps:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your reason for returning merchandise.
- In your email please verify the address you are shipping the watch back to us from.
- We will process your request and send you an insured shipping label and packing instructions.
- All items must be returned promptly in original condition with original documents, tags and factory packaging – if applicable to the item.
- Once your return package is received and inspected, we will reimburse the credit card you used to make your purchase. In most cases, the return credit will appear on your next credit card statement in the next regular billing cycle.
- The customer is responsible for all insured shipping charges on returned products. However, if the return is an exchange, we may, at our discretion, waive return shipping charges.
Any return requests made five (5) business days past the original purchase date will only be accepted at our sole discretion. Our obligation to refund a purchase expires five (5) business days after purchase.
Because of the high value and unique nature of our products, customer agrees that the refund policy stated here supersedes and displaces any refund policies advanced by their payment processor (e.g. Credit Card Company, PayPal, EBay, Apple Pay, etc.).
Custom-ordered merchandise, unused watches sold in their factory packaging, altered or damaged merchandise are non-refundable
