This is an 18K white gold Patek Philippe 5041 G Perpetual Calendar, 5041G. With production limited to 30 pieces, this is the rarest Patek perpetual calendar made in a series.  The watch comes in excellent condition complete with box and papers, and 18k white gold tonneau case on a strap with an 18k white gold deployant buckle. The enlarged flat bezel and black dial with applied Breguet numerals distinguish this rare model from Reference 5040.

The automatic caliber 240Q indicates day, date, month, year, moon-phase, 24-hour indicator, leap year. Sapphire crystal, water resistant, display back, size: 36mm x 42.5mm (including lugs), thickness: 9mm. Like New with Patek Philippe box, additional solid case back, and papers dated 1999.
