Heuer German Airforce Bundeswehr, Ref 1550 SG, 3H (UNPOLISHED) 1970s


This is a rare stainless steel Heuer-Leonidas German Military Chronograph Circa 1970s.  This example features a high-grade Valjoux caliber 230 movement with hacking seconds and flyback chronograph functions.

The dial is signed and matte black with luminous Arabic numerals and hands. The rare 3H dial, which denotes the use of tritium hydrogen 3 as luminescent material, and definitively indicative of military service. The dial is completely original and unrestored.

The case is unpolished and in excellent condition with reference number and military serial markings clearly legible in the back.
